The stack
Most of the answers you need already sit in your systems: the CRM, the ERP, the spreadsheets. We find them, connect them, and put them in front of the people making the calls, before anyone recommends buying more software.
Start a conversationThe last two are the ones every vendor wants you to start with. They come last for a reason.
What do you already own?
The first finding is usually that you are paying for capability nobody uses. We inventory the licences first.
Who can actually see it?
The owner makes two calls to learn what a job made. Sales, ops and finance each arrive with a different figure. The field hears in month three what it could have fixed in week two. And the lender gets a story assembled the night before.
Is the claim actually real?
Vendors demo the happy path. We test whether it holds on your data, at your scale — and say which parts are working software and which are roadmap.
What must a new vendor prove?
A written pass/fail standard agreed before money moves, and who signs it off. It turns “let’s run a pilot” into a term you can hold someone to.
Thirty minutes. If the answer is “ask three people and wait two days,” that is the finding.
